Quilceda Creek is the iconic winery for Washington cabernet sauvignon: its 2002 cabernet was the first Washington wine to receive a perfect 100 point score from legendary wine critic Robert Parker. The 2011 vintage is “loaded with sweet crème de cassis, exotic spice, licorice, and graphite” and is “full-bodied, elegant, and classically styled” with a “rock star finish” according to Robert Parker protégé Jeb Dunnuck, who rated the wine at 96 points. The recommended drinking window is 2014-2034.
